1st Service: Table Nibbles: Marinated Peppers, Beet Caviar, Mushroom Croquettes, Meatballs with pine nuts and raisins, marinated mushrooms, deviled Russian eggs, and rye bread points.

2nd Service: Vegetarian Borscht

3rd Service: Buzhenian (pork roast), sweet and sour red cabbage, and rice pilaf.

4th service: Sharlotka (Apple Cake)
