The Cantons of Nottinghill Coill
The Barony of Nottinghill Coill has five cantons and a protectorate treaty with the Shire of Bordervale Keep.
Canton – A local group that is a smaller subgroup of a Barony, within the Society, whose officers report to their Baronial, Regional, and Kingdom level officers, but do not have ceremonial leaders.
Shire – A local branch of the SCA that reports directly to a principality or kingdom. NOTE: The Shire of Bordervale Keep has a protectorate treaty with the Barony of Nottinghill Coill, allowing its citizens to enjoy many of the rights and privileges of citizens of the Barony.
