Favorites- Breads, cheeses, almost all fruits and vegetables, prefer mildly spicy foods if it at all spicy,

Dislikes – Onion, Peppers, and some dairy based foods (it is fine if these are being incorporated just please let Likerion know so that he can take the appropriate meds to ease his stomach), and Unfermented Barley, Brussel Sprouts

Dislikes – Sodas and Sweet Tea

Forbidden – Anything Diet as most sugar substitutes will trigger a migraine for Ceara

Favorites – Dark Chocolate, Cheese, Homemade Bread, All the Savory Herby and/or Spiced dishes, Almost all Fruits and Vegetables.

Dislikes – Brussel sprouts, Kale, and Almonds (Ceara has the gene that makes them taste nasty to her)
