Yule Toy Tourney Registration
Site opens Friday December 13th at 5pm, closes Sunday December 15th at 11am.
Site fee: A new unwrapped toy per person.
Cabin Fee: $25/ person.
Feast Fee: $15/per person.
Activity Fee: A new unwrapped toy per competition or tournament you wish to enter.
Reservation notes: Camping fee listed is for a bed in a cabin. Reservationist is Mistress Collwen (Caroline) ferch Dafydd Caerllion. Make checks payable to: SCA, Inc., Barony of Nottinghill Coill.
REFUND POLICY: Refunds will be given only if the event makes a profit. Exchequer must receive refund requests in writing no later than 7 days after the event. All refunds shall be paid by check from the Barony”s checking account. No refunds shall be issued until the event books have been closed.
